Worklogs report not categorizing by Label

I'd like to pull a report for time logged in issues with certain labels. For example, I have 5 projects with 4 phases in each and I'd like to pull the time logged for Phase 3 for all 5 projects combined. I can add the "Phase-3" label to my issues, and they will pull in a filter with this query (labels = "Phase-3"), but they still show up as "No labels" in the Worklogs report when I select "Labels" under the "Categorize by" drop down. Thoughts?

I should have been more clear. I'm using the add on called Worklogs by SolDevelo Products.

Then it's best to reach out to their support team - they should be able to help you solve this issue.

I'm not familiar enough with their products to help you, sorry. I still hope they get it sorted out in no time.

It would help us if you indicated what tool are you using to pull up those reports. Is this a built-in Jira report or are you using any time-tracking or timesheet app?
