Zephyr Reindex can't stop

Hi Guys,

In my Jira Server instance after started a reindex, this can't stop after more than one week.

I stopped jira, made a full reindex in jira, disabled and removed de Zephyr for Jira plugin, installed again and the reindex can't stop do work.

 

Someone can help me? Follow see the prints.

Can you specify what version of Zephyr are you using and  also the version of Jira.
