Hi. So I re-authorized all MS mail servers. Jira tells me "It's done". But unfortunately no mail that is send to the respective mail servers will generate a Jira ticket. It worked - now it doesn't. Looking at the mail's inboxes, we can see that mails will come in - but no tickets are generated. Is it possible that we do have to wait til the migration is complet on July 19th?
I am getting the same issue . Going to raise a support ticket. Will post what happens.
