I need linked field feature in jira cloud, Ex - If any value is selected any value in A field then in B filed values should populate based on A filed option in JIRA cloud

Could you describe a bit more what kind of information you have in your fields (and I assume they are custom fields you have created)?

Hi Laura,

Yes those are single select customs fields, When I select any value in 1st cusmtom field automatically linked value need to be popu;ated in 2nd custom filed.

You can use Automation to achieve that or add a post-function for that.

It all depends when it should be triggered. Automation will give you more flexibility while in the workflow will be only set up on the specified transition
