I have an automated export to xls. Until now I was able to refresh the data, but today I am having problems to update. The error message is the following:
can not write to stream: unable to xlen: redis: connection pool timeout
Please advice what could cause the problem.
(using excel ver:2306 and jira for excel plugin)
this is happening very frequently to me now. Opening and closing doesn't help
Standard IT solution - I tried by closing the excel and opening it again and it worked for me.
