csv import - description going to next line

Hi All,

I can get the markup working ok but have tried several things but none seem to take the description to the next line. I can't be alone in having had this issue, so I'm reaching out for help.

in your csv, if you didn't enter any line breaks into your description, then all your info will be on one line.  For windows machines with excel, alt+enter will put a return into your statement.

What do you mean with "going to next line" - a line break? Simply quote you text:

key,summary,description
ABC-123,test summary,"first line
second line"
ABC-456, test again,"one line only"
