I want to export my Jira dashboard to a picture or pdf and  automatically email it to recipients in a specific time of the day

Welcome to Atlassian community and thank you for your question.

In a native way It's not possible to export and send a dashboard, you can only do a filter subscription. Otherwise it is required to use a marketplace app.
