Hi
when using database monitoring link , an error occured:
An error occurred whilst rendering this message. Please contact the administrators, and inform them of this bug. Details: ------- org.apache.velocity.exception.MethodInvocationException: Invocation of method 'getGraphs' in class com.atlassian.jira.plugins.monitor.database.MonitorDatabase threw exception
I recently ran into this issue working with a client, and running the install_fontconfig.sh in /bin fixed the issue for us. We were also seeing a notice about fonts not being installed as well in the environment, which was also resolved.

@Nairi salma Did you recently upgrade? What is showing up in the logs, same error?

we didn't use the default jre provided by jira
we installed oracle jdk 11 on the system and changed JAVA_HOME on setenv.sh to point to new JDK
this solution solved all issues related to jre ( plugin starting, Fonts, database monitoring ...)
Thanks
