Hi there,
Does anyone ever experience this error?
Atlassian Connect authentication failed.
I found it while trying to install easyBI for my Jira Cloud.
Hey, @paisan.chantawitchapraphar
Try reinstalling eazyBI from Jira admin page.
If that didn't help, please contact Atlassian Support and add support@eazybi.com to the ticket.

Is there any data loss if we reinstall the eazyBI?

If you are using Cloud, eazyBI retains the information for 3 months (https://eazybi.com/pages/privacy)
In Data Center eazyBI reports will remain there as long as the Database is not deleted. When you uninstall and re-instal the app, the reports will be there.
However, if you'd like extra safety, you can always create your own backup of the information that you don't want to lose:
If you ever need it, you can import this information back into the eazyBI and get all the information you had created.
The reports you have published outside of the eazyBI using any of the sharing options won't be available: https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/publish-reports
You can make notes on the sharing to recreate it later.
