It seems that you've encountered a bug. Check out https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-34965.

Note: This is being blocked by https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/JIM-1041, which fortunately has been fixed but not yet deployed to production.

Unfortunately, there is no workaround at this time so I recommend you consider voting and leaving your comments on https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-34965 and add yourself as a watcher so you recieve updates.

Looks like this is Soaking before being deployed, any idea how long that will take. Is there no other way to sync Bitbucket with Jira?
