how can i disable relative dates?

Most of my issues have multiple dates held in custom fields. In the JIRA issue view, dates further than a month out get relativized to "In a Month". This lacks precision, serves no purpose and is confusing when printed out. How can i disable this behavior?

In order to get a better assistance you can provide a time and day that would be possible a downtime in your instance as the team will request 30 minutes of downtime to proceed with the request.
