how to create a jira ticket in specific queue in jira for email created in ms outlook

I have to do implementation  for a requirement in which customer wants that a Jira ticket should get created automatically  in a specific queue of Jira for an email created in ms outlook. Kindly suggest how can we do that.

 

Note : this email is automatically created in a specific folder of MS outlook by Identity Now SailPoint cloud product when any of a source gets unhealthy.

Welcome to the Community. 

I'm not sure if I follow you use case correctly. 

Do you want to create a Jira issue from an email sent to MS Outlook?

If that's the case, you can achieve that with our app, Power Scripts for Jira Cloud provides you with a SIL language on which you can easily create an scripts that reads the email cue and do a certain logic.

By using getIncomingEmail routine you can read the incoming emails and process them.

And do a lot more.

If you have further questions, just open a ticket with the Appfire support team at Appfire support. and the team will be happy to review your use case and provide you with a solution accordingly.

Just remember to specify the app name correctly so the right support team can address your case.
