We have several applications in our Jira (such as JMWE, EazyBi, Tableau Connector Pro).
how to see the list of users who accessed the previously mentioned apps? (for example, in the form of the user's email account)
Hi,
In eazyBI you can enable collecting usage statistics, and from that moment on all report executions and source data import events will be stored in a separate usage statistics account. You can then use a set of default reports or create new ones to see the overview of daily usage, see top executed reports and dashboards, reports with errors, slow reports, or rarely used reports.
More about eazyBI usage statistics here: https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/set-up-and-administer/manage-accounts/usage-statistics
Kindly,
Ilze, eazyBI support
Hi Rizky,
I am sorry that the answer you got before was misleading - it was generated by an AI that has no understanding of your question or Atlassian software.
There is no way to do this. Each app interacts with its host in different ways and you would have to have the vendors of each app code performance-sapping logging into every part of their app to enable it.
Some would be easier than others - some apps have a front end (like Eazybi) that people have to visit, so you could easily capture that, but others are more embedded. JMWE for example provides functions that users don't have any idea that they might be using. A user doesn't choose to run a post function, they do it as part of "I want to move a card to the next column".
May we ask why you want this data?
If you are trying to reduce your dependency on apps, I'm afraid this data will not really help you, you need to be analysing your users needs, not volume of usage.

Hi @RIZKY JTUASIKAL,
Can you provide more details of the below? Specifically what do you mean by "accessed the apps" and "user's email account"
list of users who accessed the previously mentioned apps? (for example, in the form of the user's email account)
Do you mean the list of users who added/modified a configuration provided by those apps?
Regards,
Suprija

Please, stop trying to use AI to answer questions without checking the results.
Three of these points are wrong, and the fourth not a lot of use.
