import from bugzilla 4.4

Trying to import from bugzilla 4.4 and I cannot see the bugzilla import wizard in JIRA 7.1. 

What's the best way to do this?

Hi, Henry.

Unfortunately, not all import features are available in Cloud.

The best way to do this migration is:

1. Install an evaluation of JIRA Server
2. Use Bugzilla import to import to this JIRA
3. Migrate from JIRA Server to Cloud

If you can, export you bugzilla files into a CVS file, then import it using the JiRA CVS system.
