Hello everyone,
I am using Jira Software as a Site Admin (I think) and I want to import issues from a CVS file.
However, I can't find the corresponding menu which seems to have disappeared 😱 (see screenshot).
Did anyone faced the same problem ? I recently try to instal 2 add-ons (which installation failed) :
Any help would be much appreciated,

Have you been able to install our app? If not, don't hesitate to get in touch with our support.
Hi @Guilhem Dupuy , you can try to open Settings / System options, if you have access, it means you are admin, on the contrary you may aks for the admin role.
The import CSV option has to be there, in the place you marked.

Please try to select the create button, and then look for the import issues option.
