integration of jira in DMZ and jira in internal network

Tejashree Kotkar September 30, 2016

Hello,

My team want to have one JIRA server in DMZ for customer and one separate JIRA for internal use. Can we integrate these two jiras?

If the possibility was there to use two separate servers, would the cost be doubled regarding licenses and plugins?

Hello,

Was it not possible to have a Apache Webserver (or NGINX) in DMZ and only communicate over the secured AJP connector with the JIRA server in the internal network? Was this a possible solution?

Yes, but you'll need to define what you want from this "integration" before we can tell you much more about it.

On the licences, yes, you will need to pay for both servers.
