That doesn't sound like a default field, so someone must have created a Custom Field in your JIRA. It is possible to remove it from the Create Operation of the project/issue type, yes. Do you have JIRA Cloud or do you have self-hosted JIRA?

i mean the field summary,,, i dont put it in the create screen but then when i want to create an issue  JIRA ask me that summary has to be filled.

It is one of the few required, in the base code, fields to create an issue

The only way around it is to populate the Summary field with an Add-on or Javascript. Most of these aren't avaliable for JIRA Cloud.
