please could you bring me examples of using of calculated field?

i´m new in JIRA and i need to work with calculated field that contains datefield and the date by default(created, resoludiodate).

For example a calculated field that show the subtraction between the resolutiondate and a datefield that i've created

other case, a calculated field that shows the addition of days to a datefield.

i understand that i have to write de code in the description of the calculated field
