He comprado una licencia de 10$ de JIRA service desk pero hasta ahora no logro entender como usar Jira.
Por favor comentenme si hay algo más que sea necesario comprar.

JIRA is an issue tracker, and JIRA Service Desk is an issue tracker with functions added to make projects more like a helpdesk system. You don't need any more software, unless you find a function is missing and you really need it.
"How do I use it" is the vague bit of this question - I'd have a good look through the documentation, check the videos referenced by that, and the blogs and see if you have some more specific questions.
We cannot really tell you how to use it without knowing what you actually want it for!
