Hello!
My Atlassian organization (unidoodle.atlassian.net) has been deleted due to inactivity, and I’m hoping it can be restored.
The org ID is 5c5ebae5-c0fc-45b3-a2fc-9053ce8497b0
Would an Atlassian Team member be so kind as to reactivate my Bitbucket organization? Thank you in advance, and please let me know if there is any other information required to facilitate this request. The Contact Us page did not allow progression to submitting a ticket without an active org ID.
Thanks,
—Christine
I have created a support case on your behalf in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1142066
Thanks for including the organization ID, that's the one bit of information we need in order to process this request.
Thanks
Andy

Hi @ChristineKelly welcome to the community. Just as a reminder, please don't include any account information on these posts, as it is a public site seen by the whole Atlassian community. I don't want your site to be hacked because of some identifying information.
Check out this community article regarding reactivating your subscription: reactivate-a-subscription . I hope that will get you going again. I did notice on that site you have two weeks to reactivate your account before it's deleted.
They are recommending using Atlassian Support if you have any furthers issues.
Hope that helps.

Hi Dan, thanks so much for your response.
I've basically copied another user's post verbatim and they were asked for that account information, so I've provided it upfront for speed's sake.
I checked out your link and there's no sign of the deleted org in my Billing area at all. The advice to contact support there and in the email I received also points to a dead end - the dropdown options have no provision for a deleted org ID and there's no way to contact a human without a paid subscription.
Very frustrating! Hopefully a member of support team will see this post and be able to suggest next steps...
