Recommendations for Zendesk like tool that works with Jira

We are replacing our RT (Request Tracker) tool and looking at Zendesk. Would you recommend any other support tools that work well with Jira? We are using Jira on demand.

Have you considered using JIRA Service Desk, this is avaiable to OnDemand customers:
