Release notes missing resolved issues.

David Culbertson May 8, 2019

I have a release version that is missing resolved issues.  I've double checked, and the issue has a fix version that is released, but the release notes for that version don't include the issue.  It sounds like an indexing problem.  Any ideas how to fix this?

check the Resolution of those issue and make sure they are not unresolved.

The issue shows resolved.  When I display the issue and click the Fix version, it shows the other issues resolved in that fix version, but the list is missing this one issue.

so the following is true?

  • Status = Done
  • Fix versions = x.y
  • Resolution = Done

something is different w/ it for sure.

No,

Status = RESOLVED

Resolution = Fixed

Fix Versions = x.y

And a simple query of:

project = CW AND fixVersion = x.y

doesn't show one of the items on fixVersion x.y

certainly odd. but unsure how to debug w/o seeing it firsthand. maybe some screen shots of the detail view for one that is showing in the release and one that is not would help me.
