Reminder before deadline

Hey all, 

I'm trying to create a rule that sends me a reminder 1 day before subtasks deadlines, but it is not working (it is not even failing, but just not working, no actions performed). I'm not sure where's the error.

Note: there's a field in issuetype = subtask that is called 'deadline'.

Any ideas on what could be the issue? Thanks in advance!

Oh never mind, it actually worked. Will leave this here in case someone is struggling with the same issue.

• Ensure that the rule is enabled and active. If the rule is disabled, it won't trigger reminders.
• Check if the rule has any specific restrictions or permissions that might prevent it from executing. Make sure that you have the necessary permissions to create and run automation rules in JIRA.
• Review any logs or error messages related to the rule execution. Look for any clues or warnings that might indicate why the rule is not working as expected

• Test the rule with different scenarios to see if it triggers reminders under various conditions. For example, try updating a subtask with a deadline close to the current date to see if the reminder is sent.
• Use JIRA's audit logs or rule execution history to track the behavior of the rule. Look for any records of the rule being triggered or any errors encountered during execution.
• If possible, try creating a simple rule with a different trigger or action to see if it executes successfully. This can help isolate the issue to determine if it's specific to the reminder rule or a broader problem with automation in JIRA
