Remove 'Default Access Group' from jira-servicedesk-users

Hi,

We have a single project in a shared instance using Service Desk (which has been recently added). It seems now, whenever a new person is added to the instance they are automatically granted access to service desk (see attachment).

I'm unclear if this is as a Service Desk Agent (I believe it is) or a just a customer.

Whats the easiest way to revoke this permission for new people?

Also - I think the name of this group (or at least the description) should be altered to indicate if this is permissions for agents or merely customers.

JI.jpg to stop new people automatically gaining access to this?
