We had our users automatically added to 'ijra-servicedesk-users' and would now like to change this.
We have removed the 'auto add' setting.
I have removed users from the 'jira-servicedesk-users'
However, if I now click the 'show product access' link beside users, theys re still showing access to Jira Service Desk, despite not being in a group that has access?
Is there a delay in this updating or have I missed a step?
