The default permission scheme allows to delete issues to Service Desk Team. I am unable to remove the role Service Desk Team. How can I remove this permission for Service Desk Team role?

Yes, we did. But I am definitely going to wait a bit longer and try again. I just wanted to check with the community if it is actually doable since its a default scheme.

Do you have only JSM available on your instance?
I have both Jira and JSM. I don't see a separate "default" permission scheme specifically for JSM projects in my instance. I do have a "Default permission scheme" but that applies only to new Jira projects, not JSM projects.
You won't have the option to Delete a default scheme that Jira/JSM has created out of the box, but you can modify them.
