Removing a Greenhopper license to be reissued on another server.

We have renewed our 100 user license for Greenhopper, but now I was told that it needs to be removed from our server so it can be reinstalled on another JIRA server. What is the process to accomplish that?

Uninstall the GH from the first server and use the license in the new server.
