Removing "Schedule Issue" permission still allows users to add issue to sprint from planning board.

I have removed "Schedule Issue" permission for a particular user group. When they try to add issue to sprint from backlog to sprint from planning board, error msg is displayed.

This is expected but issue is moved to sprint anyways.

Only users with Project Administrator permissions (as per Project Permissions) can add/drag issues into sprints. If you would like to prevent users from doing this, restrict their Project Administrator permissions. See more of this subject here:

Interestingly issue can only be added to in progress sprint. Can't be added to sprint that has not yet started.
