Hello,

Considering the following situation:

  • I am using Jira Server
  • The license of an App has expired in 2020
  • We are now in 2023, three years later
  • I want to renew this license

Is it retroactive and do I have to pay for all the years in which my licence expired (from 2020 to 2023)?

What is the best solution, to renew or to buy a new licence?

Thank you.

Hi @Simon Laffont

Please contact with Atlassian Partner to discuss available options. I'm not sure that you will be able to renew server license based on Atlassian decisions about removing server instances from Atlassian's portfolio. You can find partners here - https://partnerdirectory.atlassian.com/

Seba
