I'm currently using the free plan for Jira Service Management and have recently completed a 14-day trial period. I'm interested in exploring the features of the Standard Plan and would like to request another trial specifically for the Standard Plan.
Could someone kindly guide me on how I can initiate a trial for the Jira Service Management Standard Plan after already having utilized the trial for the free plan? I want to ensure that I have a comprehensive understanding of the features before making any decisions.
Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think that this is possible. Trial is trial. When it is over you cannot set new one.
To confirm that you can raise support request on Atlassian support (https://support.atlassian.com) and maybe Atlassian will agree for new trial.

Hi @Karpaga Selvan,
You should be able to just upgrade your plan to standard, which automatically starts a trial period. Just navigate to admin.atlassian.com and select Products > Manage Subscriptions. Change your plan for JSM from free to standard.

The Free plan isn't a trial - it's free! You could continue to use this without upgrading if preferred.
