Restore jira instance failed with error : Timestamp format must be yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss[.fffffffff]

Hello ,

Trying to restore data using instance backup , export done from Jira data center installed in windows environment

version 9.4.7 , the import done in Jira data center installed in linux environment same version 

We have this error in screenshot

Does anyone have an idea how to resolve this?
