I would like to know if it is possible to have a project in Jira with a Forms, available to all of the company employees, but I don't want the users to be able to see the different issues that were created from that Forms.
Is that possible?? or do I need to have a Jira Service Management subscription plan?

I haven't tried it myself but it should be possible if you assign a different "Permission scheme" for the project receiving the tickets created from the form and limit the access to the project to a specific group or individual users.
In practice you need to restrict the permission "Browse projects" in the Permission scheme to a group or individual users that isn't included in the "Forms users"
You need to be Jira-administrator to do changes in the permission schema.

Do you want the users to view only the issue created by their form and restrict viewing the forms submitted by other users, OR should the users be unable to view any issues at all?
If you want them to view their issues only, you need to configure issue security with a security level that allows the Reporter (and selected group or project role that will work on it) to view their issues. Keep your form open so its accessible for all users on the site.
If you want to hide all issues from the user, do not include the reporter in the security level.

I would like the users to view their issue, however I don't have the admin role so that might be the problem right now. I'll try the approached mentioned by Staffan, by configuring the issue security level, as you are also mentioning.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to configure the security level in my project with the forms. I followed the steps you sent me but it has not been successful.
Please let me know if its possible to have a short life videocall with someone from the Atlassian Support team so that we can be more efficient and clarify this doubt and couple more we have with the platform.
