Retrieve results based on unique summary field

I currently require a JQL query that will pull all the issues when the summary field contains "ABC1234567" or links to "ABC1234567"

I have been using the JQL summary ~ "ABC*" however I need to refine it further for accurate results.

Can someone please assist. TIA
