Revert changes caused by template change

christopher.brush March 11, 2025

Is there a rollback or backup that can be put in place when a template change has caused issues to all go into draft mode for a particular project?

Hello @christopher.brush

Can you provide more information about the "template change"? Jira does not natively have an entity referred to as "templates" except for Project Templates. Project Templates are relevant only when a new project is being created.

When you say the issues are in "draft mode", do you mean that they have changed to a different status named "draft"?

Thanks, I worked with my IT team and we are just going to revert from history.
