I ask you a question, recently we have migrated a database from another system (Mantis) but when migrating the incidents the SLA does not work.
It only starts running when issues are created through Jira or from the customer portal.
Is there a way to make the SLA work on migrated tickets?

Do the migrated issues have their issue histories intact i.e. they show the same entries as in the migrated system?
