Save draft

Hi,

Is there an option or add-on that can save a draft of a comment or description that the user starts to write and suddenly he moves to another issue or dashboard, and after that, he returns to the original issue that he started to write a comment or description (and the data saved like the draft in Outlook?

I know that there is an add-on but it isn't compatible with the Jira data server.

In addition in 2013 was a Chrome add-on Lazarus but it is not available anymore.

Jira has this as a default behavior to keep unsaved data in draft mode.

Let's say you writing a description and you moved to some other page without saving the text. When you come back to the same JIRA issue and start editing again the description. It will by default show your unsaved text and you can continue editing from there.

Under the general configurations, you can also set the time interval at which drafts are saved

I don't see any option to set the time interval in the general configuration.

Could you please send a screenshot?

Maybe it is another place in the configuration?
