Good day community,

I am still trying to figure out a lot of things with cloud.

So the marketplace says, free up to 10 users.

- Is there any way to make sure this add-on stays under 10 users?

- Is it free up to 10 users even after the 30 day trial?

Hi @Peter Radenciuc ,

app tier depends from JIRA tier so you need to monitoring JIRA licensed users.

If you have different jira modules (work management, jsm, software) app tier is associated to the max number of licensed users per all modules.

Hi Fabio,

so basically, if I have 100 Jira Software users (highest value), I have to pay for 100 ScriptRunner seats, right? There is no way to limit access to the add-in?
