Hi All,

Hope someone can help me.

I've just installed Adaptavists Scriptrunner on my Cloud instance for some automation. Right now I'm trying to clone an issue as a Post function on transition. I'm only using the predefined script that Scriptrunner provides for this, with no customization yet.

It works fine some of the time, but it seems as if it fails the cloning when i've logged time on the issue.

Scenario that fails:

  1. I create an issue in project A (Service Desk project)
  2. I log time on this issue
  3. I transition it and log time once more as part of my validation on this transition.
  4. Script fails with message
timetracking:Setting the Time Spent directly is not supported.

Scenario that seems to work

  1. I create an issue in project A
  2. I transition it and log time during the transition
  3. Issue is cloned to project B (Software project)
    1. Time spent is not copied though. I guess that's because the work log hasn't been added before the clone-script is executed

Now, the message is pretty clear, but where do I go from here? Is Scriptrunner really that limited? That I can't use it if my project is using time tracking?

Please help me!
