Search for issues with more than one value in multi-select field?

I want to find issues which have more than Organizations defined (e.g. JIRA-001 has Organizations of "Customer A" and "Customer B").

Is this possible in JQL or is there some automation to warn admins if/when multiple  customers are defined in an Issue's Organizations field?
