I received help prior on this issue to list out Epics in a message I am sending to Teams that's associated with the work in the Sprint.
I'm now attempting to add to that element and create a table of the listed Epic Summaries with a count of how many items in the assigned sprint are linked with those Epics.
I'm guessing I have to refresh the data at some point to look back up the issues because just adding {{lookupIssues.size}} won't work in the message but I'm unsure where and how to add that count of linked work associated to the Epic/Parent.
Hi @Andy Tran
I believe that our app Notification Assistant for Jira might be able to assist you in this case.
It offers fully customizable templates, notifications rules, and you can set the recipient of the notifications as you wish (including external email addresses).

Hello @Andy Tran , You cannot send email calculating count of Epic's stories on the fly.
Instead, You could, for each epic, calculate the number of issues included in current sprint and store it in an available field within Epic (or set an entity property with this value) and then in your email you just reference the field.
I am in Data center and our options are a little different, but I think after you have list of epics in second look up and before you send email, you need to do a branch or For /Each on each of epics, find the count of stories in current sprint and update the epic's field or entity so you can use that in your email.
Of course, have to suggest that we dont have to go this route and the 2 dimensional statistics gadget in Jira dashboard is the always out there.
