Prior to the 7.0 update JIRA Service Desk had its own heading in the Header Menu, from which I could easily access my Service Desks. These now appear to have been removed and I now need to access the Service Desks from the Project Heading > Service Desks.
Is there a way to get the Service Desk Link back on the Header menu? or do you have any tips for getting quick access to JIRA Service desk without going through the Projects header each time?
Thanks
Hello Alexander,
Since Cloud instances are always on the latest update, changes will happen to improve JIRA and JIRA Service Desk, now JIRA Service Desk becomes a standalone application that's easier than ever to manage.
If you click on your profile picture in JIRA you will find the Service Desk option under My Jira Home.
There is a page where you can find all the changes on this release and get information about the update and the changes on every application.
Here it is the migration hub, with information of JIRA new update as a whole:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/migration/jira-7
And here it is the page for JIRA Service Desk changes:

Let me know if you have any further questions, I'll be glad to help you Joshua.

Hi Paulo - is there any way to configure the profile -> Service desk button to show all service desks an individual is associated with? Currently it seems to go to whichever queue they accessed last.
