Is there any way to set up a reminder message or pop up message on issue resolve screen in JIRA Service Desk without buying any plugin?
I failed to make text field default value showing on issue resolved screen
Can't you just add the Incident Category to the resolve screen and make it mandatory during this transition ? Please correct me if I got the use case wrong.

1. create multiple text field
2. add to customer portal and hide with the notice message
3. add to issue resolve screen, then the default text message will show up.
