Severity field in JIRA

Hi All 

I noticed the severity field in JIRA has been updated to cf[11600] and it does not show severity anymore. 

Do you know about this change? it broke all filters I created based on the severity field. 

Do you know how I can revert back to the same or atleast map it to still show severity?

Hi Govinda,

Thank you for the details provided.
Just for a better understanding of the issue, can you please let us know if it shows an error when you try to search by severity?
Can you please try to filter using the basic search and search for the Severity on "More" option?
Also, as you mentioned that the field shows as cf[11600], this usually happens when another field with the same name was created, so to see that is different fields, one shows as Severity and the other shows as the ID, can you check if a custom field was created using the same name?
