×When there is a list of tickets (say 30) of the same type and priority, I want to rank the tickets. My understanding is that this is possible in the backlog view by dragging and dropping tickets up and down. I want to share this backlog view with my peers so that we can collaborate on ranking the tickets, while everyone not knowing how to get to the 'backlog' view. So the question is:
Hello @Erfan Afthab
Are all the issues in your board from just one project?
What are the Project Types for the projects that are included in your board? Get that information from the Type column on the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.
Your colleagues will need permissions to Browse each project that is included, and also the Schedule Issues permission in each project that is included in order to see and Rank the issues.
If you are working with a Company Managed project board or a board created from a Saved Filter, the filter for the board will also need to be Shared with all your colleagues. That will enable them to see the board.
When you have enabled the above permissions, you can provide the URL for the board Backlog screen to your colleagues. Get the URL from your browser window when you have the Backlog screen displayed.
Ranking can be done from either the Backlog screen or the Board view. You can drag issue cards up and down within a column on the Board view to change their rank.
