I have a project where I have several boards already and plan to add more, and I am looking for a page that displays all of the boards, so that the team can use that board-overview page as entry point to Jira. Does such a page exist? It would be so easy!
I know that I can see the list of boards from the board dropdown, but there is no link to see all boards in the project, on a dedicated page!?
Hi @Matthis Thorade,
No, there isn't. The highlight you made in your screenshot is the only place you can see the boards grouped by your project.
The overview page of boards (accessible via the view all link you also highlighted) has limited filtering capabilities, only allowing you to filter the global list of boards by their name. As a workaround, including a common reference to your project may help you filter them out in that global list.
Hope this helps!
Agree, all of the following would help if it would work (but it does not), even though I would still consider it a workaround:
But just having a list of all boards in project would be so much nicer, and it would be so easy, just like the list of components that I have in the project (in the end, most of my boards filter by component anyway).

Hi Mattis,
Just as a note also, the projects associated with a board are only based on the value of the Location field in the board. So if a board uses a filter that includes multiple projects, it will only be "associated" with a single project - the one in the Location field.
You might want to take a look at an add-on from Revyz for configurations: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1231935/revyz-configuration-manager-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview.
Full transparency, I am an advisor to the vendor. You can do a free trial and then see if one of the configurations view will show you boards by project.

Thanks for the note! Having each board visible in just one project would be fine.
Regarding the add-on, I am unfortunately not in the position to buy or even install addons.
