Show all comments in Jira Server 9 for a case

Now using JIRA Server 9.1 and we don't see all comments, we have to click the Load More button. I already set the default sort to "desc" as we want newest on the bottom. How can I do away with the Load More so ALL comments are showing? If you use desc order you won't see the latest comment as you have to load it.

I don't believe you can do away with that.

Very unfortunate, this needs to get changed.
