Showing stories with sub-tasks in Work board

Hi,

I would like to know how to set the board so that I can see stories and its sub-tasks in the sprint log (i.e. a view of current sprint). I somehow set it to see people and their tasks, which is not what I need.

Thanks

It's not clear what you mean by sprint log, or what settings you may have been altering, so:

Check the filter for the board - make sure it includes the sub-task issue types.

Check the "quick filters" to ensure they are not hiding anything

Check the swimlane definitions

Hello Petr,

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the desired Agile board
  2. Board -> Configure -> Swimlanes -> Base Swimlanes on: Stories

Please ensure that the User Story issue type is added to your JIRA project's Issue Type scheme and the project is JIRA Agile enabled.

Regards,

Rahul
