Hi,

I am looking at a bar chart which will display value using a formula. Formula would be # of open bugs/# of developers.
Now no. of open bugs can be retrieved using a JQL. But no. of developers would be a manual entry.

Hi @sumaiya.parkar

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You can try Reports - Charts and Graphs for Jira Dashboard app developed by our team to create various reports, charts and graphs for your Jira projects.

Here is our live demo dashboard where you can see and modify sample reports and play with them. For your case, you can have a look at the Number of Bugs by Assignee report.

  • You can set X axis to be any parameter like Created(month), Assignee, Sprint, Fix Versions etc.
  • You can set Y axis to be any parameter like number of issues, sum of remaining estimates, average of story points etc.
  • You can group your data on any field(Sprint, Status, Assignee, Component, Project etc.) you want.
  • You can choose various date ranges like All Time, Last Year, Last 3 Months, Last 6 Months etc.

Hi @sumaiya.parkar,

Not sure if you will find a bar chart for this, even with addons.

But, if this helps, you can have this as an actual number displayed on your dashboard, in real time. By using the Advanced Issue Filter Formula gadget offered by our Great Gadgets app, you can easily calculate and display this metric.

This can be also achieved by using the Issue Filter Formula gadget offered by the same app. In this case, the calculated value can be displayed in form of number, colored number (color code depending on value), or gauge chart.

See more about these gadgets (and the many others offered by the same app) in this articles:

You could start with a 1-month free trial. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at support@stonikbyte.com.

Hope this helps.
