Some Users in the Project group unable to view Board

Some Users in the Project group unable to view Board

I have created a Project. The project was assigned to the particular JIRA user group. This project also has a project-specific permission scheme and the group is the Administrator of the Project.

Some users are unable to view Scrum/Kanban Board. However, they can see all issues as a list but not as a board.

Is it that the board itself is not opening (and throwing up an error) or is it that there are no issues visible?

Can you post a browser screenshot when such an user tries to access the board?

Hello,

You need to share the filter for the board with the users, who can not see the board (board settings -> General).
