I've noticed that filters are not capable of sorting by custom field. I was hoping to sort the below filter by my custom field cf[11479] "Service Request" but it's obviously not working. Any tips? Or is it a bug?

What type of field in your custom "Service Request" field?
What type of project is included in your filter? Is it Work Management, Service Management, or Software? And is it Team Managed or Company Managed?
